We use your email and password account to keep your study spaces private. Uploaded PDFs and derived page images, material packs and tutor session records support your lessons. Our selected services include Railway, Google Cloud and Stripe. Proposed defaults are 90 days for inactive materials, 14 days for logs and 30 days for backups; deletion requests should be completed within seven days. Automated retention and the deletion workflow still require verification before public launch. Raw live audio is not deliberately retained by the application. How these services handle data must be confirmed in the final policy.
